It’s been a long time indeed. But Απόστολος was quite able to pull it off leaving Kokdi’s music suggestions idle till today. But today our music suggestion is exactly rocking but swinging all the way, once we’re talking about one of the proudest ambassadors of Hot Jazz. Alongside the Italian violin-virtuoso Stephan Grappeli they’ve played all across Europe, becoming icons for generations of musicians to come.

Εντάξει η μπόρα πέρασε… Η παιδική μου αγάπη πρέπει να κάνει και λίγο πέρα για να δικαιώσω … τουλάχιστον τον εαυτό μου. Είχα τάξει στην αρχή της εβδομάδας μια περίεργη εβδομάδα, με ελληνικό στοιχείο, αλλά οι Mets είχαν άλλη άποψη κ μας ανάγκασαν να κάνουμε 2 Post για την πάρτη τους κ την επική τους νέα κυκλοφορία που μπορείτε να ακούσετε ΚΑΙ από εδώ, courtesy of our beloved family.

Τέρμα όμως τα δίφραγκα για να αρχίσει από τώρα να ισχύει ο νόμος της επαναληπτικότητας που δίνει, ή όχι, το στίγμα του κλασσικού σε κάθε νέα κυκλοφορία. Αρκετά με τα κολλήματα, ας περάσουμε κ στο προκείμενο. Αισίως έχουμε φτάσει (χωρίς την σημερινή) στις 258 ξεχωριστές μουσικές προτάσεις. Με την σημερινή πρόταση τιμούμε τον κατά την άποψη μου καλύτερο τραγουδιστή στη ρεμπέτικη μουσική.

Celebrating Metallica 10th Studio Album

Firstly let us answer about the number 10 whilst the group claims that DM was their 10th release. When we talk about studio recordings we mean releases that have original contents not cover versions, thus leaving the Mets releases with original songwritting with 10 (Hardwired included). So with their new album in the record stores (and in this blog, press the title link) it is appropriate to rejoice and celebrate Firstly with today’s Mets Live @ London which we all are invited courtesy of our beloved family. Vodka Juniors: Music Suggestion Of The Day 14/11/2016

Ok this week is awkward due to the long-awaited upcoming Metallica release on Friday. Nevertheless this week was meant to be all Greek and weird as far as music suggestions go. First suggestion of this week is the greatest contemporary Greek rock band according to THE authoritative punkologist. How u say Mr. “know it all”? In this case (as it was on third world war post) and as far as the local punk-ska-skate subgenre is concerned they’re most likely if not No1, surely amongst the top three acts of the scene. Their politically fueled lyrics and the constant music fusions in every record they released till now tend to prove so.

Ok it is part three, as all good things ought to be…This time around it’s the horsemen meets ends of sanity… Lyrically compatible to the known self inflicted torment latest - lyric's - orientation, explaining the title by the obvious unavailability of an "Unforgiven IV" as a possible song title…What about that Thin Lizzy t-shirt eh??
