Planet Of Zeus: Music Suggestion of the Day

The 292th Music Suggestion and first of 2025 is a tremendous omission on Kokdi's behalf. One of the greatest stoner bands coming from Athens, whilst the creator thought that he has visited this band in the past, while covering Nightstalker, 1000Mods and Stormbringer.

As I took sides supporting the aforementioned bands I left the planet unnoticed. Until I saw their next live show that hits Heraklion this Saturday.

Baildsa: Music Suggestion Of The Day

Well we must welcome September and it's side effects; we've already stated that this month is "salvagable" only if New Yar's Day was to be  celebrated at 10 of this month; thus we could have festivities, presents (and a lil bit of summer still)...So one of the best suggestions we could make (making this 291 out of 365) is a variety of ethnic, balkan ska oriented, heavy charged greek culture fusioned with folk groups startin today with my ALL time favourites Baildsa (meaning I'm overwhelmed, or fed up)

Lunatic Soul: Music Suggestion Of The Day

It was said and thus is finally written. With this suggestion (credited to my brother as well) we finally reach 290 out of 365 separate suggestions @Kokdi's

My Sleeping Karma: Music Suggestion Of The Day

Well it's only 289th music suggestion, but this is long overdued to my late brother Statler who's suggestion really belongs to..

In Rememberance

Λουκιανός Κηλαηδόνης: Music Suggestion Of The Day

Ντροπή & αίσχος θα πω εγώ Γιαυτό είναι ταιριαστό να επανορθώσουμε και ως ακροατές και ως φαν...Μεγαλώσαμε την κόρη μας διάολε με Λούκυ, να μην τον τιμησούμε με την 288η μουσική πρόταση στον κόσμο του Kokdi;;

Terrorizer: Music Suggestion Of The Day

Welcome to leap year 2024; what more appropriate than to accompany it with our 287th music suggestion filled with mild and mellow tunes for easening all worries?

Mash Up Collection For the Masses: Music Suggestion Of The Day

It's another music suggestion but this time it's like "party time"; it's not about a band; it's not abut A genre; it's about all us "sick-minded" listeners who think like a pervert and mix and match genres, lyrics,  that at first sounds appaling; or like an offence.

Gama Bomb: Music Suggestion Of The Day

Today Kokdi is proud to return to his kind of music suggestions with a newly discovered band (ok I've discovered them now; they exist from early 00's); from N. ireland nevertheless; that plays the old school thrash I really enjoy listening to, whilst trying to calm my nerves down after a hard day's work...

sponty. : Music Suggestion Of The Day

WUCAN: Music Suggestion of the Day

Ok it is rare to have more verbal than acoustic abuse through the blog; so it is time to move on to the  283rd suggestion of this blog (still aiming to make a minimum of 365). With their new album (Heretic Tongues) serving as a perfect motivation for today's suggestion it is right to say that at last there is an offspring to my newbie favourite Blood Ceremony.

King Dude: Music Suggestion Of The Day

Ok!!! Who'd thought that I'd make another one before the year is out...With this one Music Suggestions are about 282 (still in need of 83 suggestions more)...Revamping (😮) this blog now with a new kind of inventory allowing everyone to access it's posts through 5 major tags (Suggestions, Ramblings, Compilations, Retro DB & Special Editions) wasn't something easy and took me a while till I manage to place order to chaos, whilst fanatically hearing today's suggestion

Volbeat: Music Suggestion Of The Day 07/12/2021

I thought I've had them covered. But now with the release of their 8th studio album (Servant of The Mind) I think it is time to honour our new Heavy Metal Heroes, because they bloody well deserve to. Alongside bands as Blood Ceremony, Audrey Horne and Graveyard, Volbeat just seems to obliterate any obstacle providing old school Metalliquesqe metal, with twists of Maiden and Priest, fusing it with hard rock, rockabilly and incredible vocals extending from Johnny Cash and Danzig to James Hetfield...Live wise they had already performed with mega bands such as Maiden and Metallica and have collaborated with living legends such as Mille Petrozza, King Diamond, Darko Jones etc Truth was I was ready to present them after their supporting act to Maiden in Greece a couple of years ago, but their 2 consecutive releases were too pop for my taste. Enter Servant of the Mind

Dirtmusic: Music Suggestion of The Day 04/10/2020

It’s been a while for sure…Today’s suggestion is something of a must-do though; without overseeing the fact that is resurrecting the suggestions saga (still @, when goal is the completion of a 365 days suggestion). Nevertheless it is not quite mainstream still, so it is way better for appropriate info to listen to Kokdi when suggests Dirtmusic

The Stranglers: Music Suggestion Of The Day 14/02/2019

It is right about time to post the 3^rd out of three in a row posts (that will become more than 3-haha). Today we are meddling with forces that are easily recognizable, easily – heard – but – never – forgotten anthems like midnight summer’ s dream for example

Talking Heads: Music Suggestion Of The Day 12/02/2019

It was 2018 still when I attempted to make a-one-out-of 3 music suggestions concerning new wave, post punk bands that really made it for themselves mostly on 80’s

NEW ORDER: Music Suggestion Of The Day 13/10/2018

It’s been a long time indeed; and with darkness descending upon us there is a relative slow or slightly depressed mood around. So what’s better than today’s band? The ominous sighting of winter the Blue Monday track and foremost the continuity to one of the most distinguishing rock figures of 80’s music simply give us the suggestion “ready to use”

Triptykon: Music Suggestion Of The Day 08/10/2018

Having seen a recent activity about an older post (see related links below) I suddenly realized that even though I’m a great fan I haven’t suggested Frost progenies yet!! I always thought that the great Celtic Frost should re-appear as they did with the landmark monotheist release, but with Ain dead who can blame Warrior for picking up the mantle from where monotheist ended?

Aretha Franklin: Music Suggestion Of The Day 03/10/2018

Right after the blondes dominating the endless debate of the sexiest creature on the planet (amongst sexist males I guess) based on hair color and temperament there is a Diva that never depended on her looks to bring out her majestic voice and talents. She never bet on her looks and despite of that she still IS probably amongst the best female singer of her genre and time.

Long Distance Calling: Music Suggestion Of The Day 3/9/2018

It is hard to strike back after suggesting Samael, but I guess this won’t matter a bit with today’s one; Another one from the legendary Statler, whose suggestions are often met with exhilaration (e.g. Audrey Horne)

SAMAEL: Music Suggestion Of The Day 01/09/2018

First of the month…The time that should be in every calendar something like New year’s Day, since summer vacation ended for the vast majority of people, leaving our paradise beaches to the happily retired German, Dutch and UK’ers of this world. We start again and after 2 months of silence, without those sexist girls pestering your sense of politically correctness, without any interesting music (whoever didn’t get the Audrey Horne post must repeat their visit to that link) suggestions; just the lazy breeze of the heated air of the eastern Mediterranean sea…

And there you have it: September; a month to get depressed with..The sun is growing smaller with every second passing and eventually the death of our summer will commence the birth of darkness..So who else suitable than today’s suggestion?
